Crawley Down Camera Club began in 2012 to help residents of Crawley Down and the surrounding villages to improve their photography - regardless of their starting point, whether complete novice or experienced amateur.

We have an interesting programme of events throughout the year, and our Guest speakers have included Don Morley, an international award winning Press photographer, Stuart Parkin, who took us “Through the Rockies to Alaska” and David Harford who showed stunning photos from a solo trip round Oman.

We have regular “learning sessions” on a variety of photographic topics and these link to our Club competitions, where we try out new ideas and improve our skills. Members are encouraged to show their own photographs in informal “10x10” sessions (sharing ten images in a ten minute presentation).

We meet at the Haven Centre in Crawley Down on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. The programme for the current season is available on the Diary tab.

Please come along to our meetings - wherever you are in the spectrum of photographic experience, you will be very welcome.
